Classes are for all ages and ability levels. Modifications will be provided. My fitness facility is for everyone! Everyone is welcome, and I pride myself in saying it is a judgement free zone!
Schedule:
Monday: 5:00 pm: Strength Training with Juli
6:15 pm Live Piyo with Marcie
Tuesday: 2:30 pm Team Sherman
6:00 pm 6 week Adult Bootcamp (ongoing)
Wednesday: No Classes
Thursday:
2:30 pm Team Sherman
6:00 pm 6 week Adult Bootcamp (ongoing)
6 week bootcamp: 2 days a week, for 6 weeks. $65 prepaid. Wokouts will vary weekly based on skill level and goals of the group.
